Prior to forming Sarowdin Partners in November 2004, Chris Barnes had partner level responsibilities with Gallagher Enterprises, a middle market leveraged buyout firm investing family capital. Previously, he spent seven years with Tucker Anthony Sutro, a middle market, full-service investment bank. From 1986 to 1992, Chris worked in the Natural Resources Investment Banking group for Lehman Brothers in New York. Chris initially worked as a drilling engineer for Arco Oil and Gas.
Chris holds a B.S. degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Master of Management degree from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
