Prior to joining Sarowdin Partners in 2007, Doug Nathan worked as an investment manager with Mankwitz Kurtz Investments, a Denver based private equity group making controlling interest investments in growing middle market companies. Previously, he spent two years as an associate partner with 17th Street Capital Partners, a leveraged buyout firm focused on the lower end of the middle market. Doug also spent several years working as an Investment Banker with Tucker Anthony Sutro Capital Markets and working in real estate development.

Doug holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Boulder with an emphasis on finance and real estate as well as a MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley.
